INTEROL program’s learning modules are developed by Dr. Carl E. Balita, a distinguished nursing educator and founder of the Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) – one of the Philippines’ leading institutions for nursing education and licensure exam preparation.

Dr. Carl E. Balita is a distinguished registered nurse, educator, and entrepreneur renowned for founding the Dr. Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC), the largest and only ISO 9001-2015 certified review center in the Philippines. With dual doctoral degrees and a Stanford University background, he’s a devoted educator, expanding CBRC’s reach with 125 branches nationwide and international operations across the Middle East, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. He advocates for health professionals, received numerous awards as a respected businessman, and actively supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through his “EntrePinoy Revolution” program. Passionate about the arts, he produces films and is an accomplished author and writer.
Recently, he established the Dr. Carl E. Balita Foundation to institutionalize charitable efforts, focusing on climate change response, scholarships, Filipino excellence recognition, and livelihood and legal assistance.
