Job Summary
The Sales Strategy Team Leader will be responsible for crafting and optimizing sales strategies devised by the business leadership. This leadership role emphasizes strict adherence to legal standards and fosters collaboration across key departments to ensure operational efficiency and transparency. Responsibilities encompass overseeing relationship management, recruitment efforts, and administrative functions to propel organizational objectives forward. As a team leader, they guide strategic planning, performance evaluation, and team development, driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and contributing decisively to the organization’s success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective recruitment strategies based on market trends and economic factors.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable steps with timelines, resource allocation, and clear responsibilities.
- Optimize recruitment processes through data analysis of job orders, candidate profiles, and market dynamics.
- Adapt strategies to evolving market conditions and challenges.
- Use diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
- Showcase company culture and benefits through branding campaigns.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and collaborate with marketing and business strategy teams.
- Evaluate recruitment strategies using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
- Provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure alignment with business objectives across recruitment processes.
- Execute project frameworks and milestones according to client job orders.
- Modify recruitment methodologies to stay competitive.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and approvals among business strategy, marketing, and recruitment teams.
- Document process updates and enforce standardized procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team to achieve individual and team targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
- Proven leadership experience, specifically in Sales and Lead Generation
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales strategies
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivational and coaching skills to support and develop team members
- The ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide team members to success.
