Job Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the management team to achieve business goals and enhance the company’s market presence. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and target new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, events).
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market alignment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing).
- Deep product knowledge and creative approach to sales and marketing
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with database management and familiarity with accounting or business software
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent and flexible approach to challenges
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
