Job Summary
The Business Development Specialist’s role centers on enhancing our global market presence by comprehending the requisites to fulfill incoming job orders. This includes identifying suitable markets to source necessary manpower, developing effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates, and reporting to internal stakeholders. The Specialist is responsible for outlining project frameworks and precise instructions based on client job order specifications and the company’s established program rules, procedures, and code of conduct. Coordination with and, if required, approval from key departments is necessary to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, establishing relationships with healthcare institutions and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards governing international placements.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role in staffing within financial services sector, preferably with contract roles
- Proven ability to sell and develop business through relationship building and cold calling
- Sales/recruitment leader experience with strong networking skills and ability to connect with finance leaders
- Proven Business Development experience
- Ability to build and strengthen business relationships
- Tenacious, goal-driven personality
- Negotiation and Sales/Persuasion skills

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
