Job Summary
The Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, expanding market reach, and optimizing client acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in a manpower company
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the recruitment process
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales performance data and market trends.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training sales personnel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
